GJRA Membership Information Page

GJRA Members new and old should print and bring a completed (1) Membership Application, (2) Minor's Release Form, (3) Lightning "P" Waiver, and (4) a copy of Your Birth Certificate to the first GJRA Rodeo of the season or the first GJRA Rodeo that you attend. A Notary will be available at the Rodeo. Contestants MUST be accompanied by a Parent or Legal Guardian.

Members are required to call-in (or text-in if eligible) to designated number at the designated date/time prior to EACH Rodeo. See newsletter page or calendar page for designated dates and numbers. Pre-entry to Rodeo is available. Pre-entry Forms are available at Rodeo Entry Booth for the consecutive rodeo only.

LIGHTNING "P" WAIVER

GJRA Rules - Both parents and contestants are advised to review the GJRA rules of events prior to contestant entry.

GJRA Raffle Ticket Sales - GJRA Raffle tickets are distributed at the first spring rodeo. Each contestant is required to sell 1 book of 25 tickets per book to be eligible for the GJRA Finals Rodeo. 100% of proceeds will go to year-end awards.

GJRA Advertisement and Sales Forms - GJRA Finals Program Advertisements are available in various sizes including business card ($25), 1/4 page ($50), 1/2 page ($75), Full page ($100), and covers inside ($150)and outside ($250).  All contestants should receive an AD PACKET. You may obtain Ad packets from the GJRA Rodeo Secretary at the Rodeo Entry Booth. Ad prices are listed in the packet along with advertisement information and customer receipts.  Every contestant must sell 1 full page of ad(s) to be eligible for the GJRA Finals Rodeo.  100% of proceeds will go to year-end awards.
